Obviously

"If Jon Stewart were here, what would you say then?"

"Why do you always refer to celebrities by their first and last name?"

"Don't change the subject."

"No really. Just say Jon, I know who you mean."

"You can't just say Jon like you're talking about your neighbor or something."

"But what if he was your neighbor?"

"Well I wouldn't just say Jon then, either."

"Why?"

"Because I'd prefer to use the term Secret Boyfriend."

Damn Jon and his smarmy personality. Someone needs to stop him!

My wife and I joke about the 90210 cast as if they were friends.

"Brandon stopped by to see how the article was coming along".

anne- I will relay the message.

sizzle- Yes, let's.

vanilla- I guess it just makes sense!

Egan- Ohhhh, that is genius!

Hmm, I didn't realize how often I do it. Brookem knows that I refer to Julianne Moore as "Jules" and I'm down with Jon Stewart being "Jon", and I call George Clooney "my George", but I should stop while I'm ahead and just on the verge of creepy instead of being a full fledged creepo.

I like to call celebs by their True names. It sends them back from whence they came.
